Custom digital service
Athlete Blueprint is a made-to-order digital planning service. Finished personalized cards are not delivered instantly. Digital-only card orders do not ship, and printing those files is the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery timing
Custom digital orders are targeted for delivery in 3–5 business days after the completed intake. For Custom Blueprint Zoom Follow-Up, delivery and revision work begin after the completed intake and completed 30-minute Zoom follow-up.
Physical products and shipping
The Complete Custom Tearaway Blueprint includes two personalized 8.5 × 11, 50-sheet pads, digital Nutrition and Workout Guides, and shipping. Pads ship within 7 business days after final layout approval, plus carrier transit. The Custom Team Nutrition Protocol Poster includes a made-to-order 24 × 36 in laminated poster, printing, and shipping. Joe reviews its final content before production; confirm production and delivery timing with Joe before ordering.
Included correction round
Complete packages include one correction round requested within seven days of delivery for inaccurate or misunderstood intake details. Unlimited revisions and ongoing coaching are not included.
Educational boundaries
Nutrition content is general sports nutrition education. Planning cards are not medical, nutrition, mental-health, or individualized treatment advice.
