Complete Athlete Blueprint custom planning card set preview

The other 22 hours

A practice schedule is not a complete plan.

When the school day, practice, homework, meals, and recovery all compete for attention, athletes can end up relying on reminders instead of a clear routine. Blueprint gives the week a practical place to start.

The four cards

One athlete. One organized week.

Build the day

Daily Standard

A practical routine for school, practice, homework, preparation, sleep, and three priority habits.

Fuel the week

Nutrition Guide

Practical food and meal-timing ideas based on the athlete’s schedule, preferences, and stated restrictions.

Train with purpose

Workout Guide

Guidance shaped around equipment, experience, available time, and goals—reviewed by Joe before delivery.

Own the next step

Progress Check-In

A weekly review of consistency, energy, confidence, training progress, and the next priority.

Every purchased card is personalized from the completed intake and includes a printable 8.5 × 11 PDF plus a simplified phone version. Intake-only orders are delivered in 3–5 business days after completed intake; call packages are delivered in 3–5 business days after the completed intake and call.

What's inside each card

Clear tools for the parts of the week that matter.

Choose one card when there is a specific need, or choose the Complete Blueprint for all four. Each one starts with the athlete's completed intake—not a generic template.

Build the day

Daily Standard

A practical routine that helps an athlete see what needs attention before school, around practice, and before bed—without turning every hour into a rigid schedule.

What they receive

  • A school, practice, homework, and preparation rhythm based on the real week
  • A simple before-school and after-practice checklist
  • A realistic sleep target and evening wind-down cue
  • Three priority habits chosen from the completed intake
  • Clear reminders for packing, planning, and the next day’s preparation

When it helps

Best for athletes who have a full calendar, need fewer reminders, or want a clearer routine when school and sport compete for attention.

Good to know

This is a flexible daily guide built around the athlete’s situation—not a rigid minute-by-minute schedule.

Fuel the week

Nutrition Guide

Familiar-food and meal-timing ideas that make it easier to plan around school, practice, preferences, and stated restrictions.

What they receive

  • Breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner ideas that fit the athlete’s normal schedule
  • Practice-day timing suggestions for food before and after activity
  • Simple school-day fallback options when the plan changes
  • Food ideas shaped around stated preferences and relevant restrictions
  • A practical approach to packing or preparing food ahead when useful

When it helps

Best for families looking for more consistent food planning around busy school days, early practices, or limited time between activities.

Good to know

This is general sports nutrition education, not medical nutrition therapy or a medical diet plan. Families should seek individualized care when medical nutrition guidance is needed.

Train with purpose

Workout Guide

Training guidance organized around the equipment, experience, available time, weekly schedule, and goals shared in the intake.

What they receive

  • Suggested training blocks that fit around sport and school commitments
  • Guidance matched to the equipment the athlete actually has available
  • A structure that reflects current training experience and stated goals
  • Clear session priorities and simple ways to track the next progression
  • Practical notes for keeping training organized week to week

When it helps

Best for athletes who want a clearer plan for available training time instead of guessing what to do between practices.

Good to know

Final workout guidance is personally reviewed and approved by Joe before delivery. It is not a promise of performance outcomes or a substitute for medical evaluation or rehabilitation care.

Own the next step

Progress Check-In

A private weekly reflection that helps the athlete notice what held up, what got in the way, and what deserves attention next.

What they receive

  • A weekly review of consistency across the routines that matter
  • Prompts to reflect on energy, confidence, and training progress
  • Space to identify what worked and what made the week harder
  • A focused next priority for the coming week
  • Optional, private body-measurement notes only if a family chooses to include them

When it helps

Best for athletes building ownership, preparing for a weekly reset, or learning to make the next week more intentional.

Good to know

This stays private. It does not create public comparisons, rankings, or weight-loss messaging.

Fictional sample

Built around a real Tuesday—not a perfect one.

These are fictional previews for “Maya,” a sample student-athlete. They show the structure of a card, not a delivered custom product.

What it looks like

Practical enough for a school night.

Before school

An athlete checks the phone version for the day’s food plan, practice prep, and one priority habit.

After practice

The Daily Standard makes the next move clear: recovery, homework time, preparation, and sleep.

Sunday reset

The Progress Check-In helps the athlete name what worked, what got in the way, and what matters next.
